Hi, in this post I'd like to talk to you about the latest series I've been watching. (No spoilers) Better call Saul has been a series that exceeded my expectations, I didn't expect it to be so good. The story is slower and has more everyday touches, despite having such crazy characters. On the other hand, Breaking Bad stands out for creating tension due to the extreme situations, a feeling of constant danger, given the drug trafficking environment. On the other hand Better Call Saul the tension comes from the importance of the decisions they have to make almost forced by the circumstances of humiliation and frustrated aspirations.  Jimmy (Saul's real name) is a guy who tries to follow the right path, try to redeem himself and make an effort, instead he gets humiliated, the people around him don't respect him and find him a despicable guy, since in the past he was a dedicated con man. Hello. The picture which I most like was taken in Valparaiso during in the summer.  I took the photo on January, 2019 with my phone.  I took the photo on top of the "joyful hill". The photo was taken by another friend while I took another photo with a better angle to my other friends. You can see a colorful and deteriorated place. With old houses that are in between the hills. In this picture I am laughing because of the funny angle I took it out.  I'm wearing my military-style jacket that was stolen the same day at a concert in Playa ancha. That day we traveled through the hills from a viewpoint until we reached beyond the port area. I really like this picture because it sums up the kind of friendship I have. Everyone has a particular sense of humor, so it was a summer I had a great time with my childhood friends. Why not here? why not now? Is there a better place to celebrate than Valparaiso?

When I was 14 years old a group of friends had a band, they ran out of bassist, so they included me because I knew how to play some songs on guitar, besides we had the same tastes, so it was easy for us to adapt. Those were the best times, we laughed about everything and worked hard, the band was always important more than the members, although we were competing for who was better anyway. The more we competed, the more we were learning, we were teaching ourselves, we were friends and colleagues, although maybe more colleagues than friends at the beginning. We just wanted a space to be us. We managed to master songs that were very difficult for our young age, we met bands, went to concerts, watched movies, it was a time of much culture and in a few short years. I lost a lot of studio time, I got away from people, I changed myself, I left things I used to do and I would never change all that for anything else.

I'm honestly not a very tech-savvy person. I have a hard time adapting to some platforms. But I can't conceive of my normal day without technology anyway. I've been using the computer to navigate since I was a kid, even though I've never mastered programs or learned tricks with the keyboard, as if a few friends had done it. I discovered a way to search for information on the Internet. I learned to play guitar and bass, as well as other recording and mixing things. Together with some friends we did creative things, like video clips, independent short films, or just documenting things we saw or did (our puberty bullshit). Thanks to the computer and the connection I was able to download movies and music (illegally), somehow I was able to get a lot of ideas from pop culture because of that. Even though I wasn't very good at editing, my friends were always kind enough to teach me things about audiovisuals, how to use electronic instruments, graphic editing programs, thin...

When I was a kid I watched TV channels like National Geographic and History. I was very attracted to the work of archaeologists from different cultures. That's why since I was a child I liked historical themes. I played videogames like Age of Empires, and I learned the history of legends. At first I chose law for the high expectations I was told, believing that I would find what I was looking for. To say that I didn't like the race completely would be a lie. The things that I learned I still apply, but it definitely wasn't something I was going to do. I would have ended up being an academic, because absolutely no litigation is something I am excited about. I liked having an excuse to dress up and be pretty. In the end I changed, took the PSU exam again and enrolled in Political Science. I like the career, and I don't regret not having chosen another social science. Hello, my name is David Marcelo, originally from Antofagasta, lived for a time in Valparaiso and now I live in Santiago, and for now locked in quarantine. I am 23 years old. I love music and cinema. I really enjoy listening to all kinds of broad spectrum music. I adore the art cinema, the one that I really enjoyed in Valparaiso, where I spent the whole night in the theater in real music marathons or movies. I also like the artistic nightlife, the one seen in the real undergraund. What I miss most about this running of the bulls is being able to go for a walk anywhere and look at the landscape. Since the normality of the city of Santiago has changed a lot since last year I have been unable to enter the bowels of the metropolis.
